Summer Resident Vendor Market
Location: Parking Lot
Time: 9am to 12pm
Description:
Summer Resident Vendor Market – Join the Fun!

Get ready for a fun-filled community event right here at home! We're thrilled to invite all residents to take part in our Resident-Only Vendor Market – a relaxed, local pop-up market where neighbors become vendors, and shoppers find unique treasures just steps from their door.
Whether you craft, create, bake, build, or grow it – this is your chance to share your talent with the community and maybe make a little extra cash!

What’s the Market All About? This is a casual, community-driven market where residents can set up their own tables and sell handmade goods, crafts, baked treats, garden-fresh produce, art, and more. Think farmers market meets neighborhood block party – low-key, fun, and all about supporting each other!
  • Where: We’ll be blocking off part of the parking lot to turn it into our very own market space.
  • Dates:
    • July 11
    • August 22
    • September 19
  • Market Hours: 9:00 am– 12:00 pm
  • Cost: Absolutely FREE – no vendor fees and free to attend!
  • Weather permitting
  • Shopping is open to both residents and non-residents
VENDORS:
  • Vendors must be HTC residents
  • What You Can Sell: Bring your crafts, handmade items, homegrown fruits and vegetables – anything you'd like to share with the community! (Family-friendly items only, please)
  • Vendor Setup: Begins at 7:00 am– please be ready to sell by 9:00 am
  • Cost: FREE!
  • Please register below. Registration will close 1 week before each market date. You need to register for each date separately.
  • Lifestyle will outline a map of where registered vendors will set up by Wednesday of market week so you'll know where to set up.
  • What you'll need to bring: Your own table, chair(s), and shade (like a pop-up tent or umbrella)
  • Electricity will not be available
So come join the fun – whether you’re showcasing your homemade jam, selling hand-knit scarves, offering fresh-picked tomatoes, or just browsing and supporting your neighbors. Let’s celebrate summer, community, and creativity together!
