Who is the Heritage Todd Creek Metropolitan District?
The Metro District is a quasi-governmental entity that also covers all homes in the community. It is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. The guiding parameters are legislated by the state of Colorado and the Metro District Service Plan. All homeowners are charged quarterly assessments and property taxes by the Metro District. The District maintains community property, including internal streets and sidewalks (with snow removal in the winter), landscaping along internal and perimeter roads, perimeter fences, entry access gates, and the various common areas throughout the community.
