Your Association is professionally managed by Keystone Pacific. Our dedicated on-site staff is here to serve and support our community in every way possible. From assisting residents with room reservations, managing Clubhouse amenities, to questions about assessments or just making a quick copy, our team is committed to ensuring that our neighborhood remains a safe, welcoming, and vibrant place to live, work and play (and we have lots of fun doing it!)

Mandy Thomas
Fun Facts:
- Graduated from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS with a degree in Construction Management. I spent three summers in college on a traveling road construction crew operating heavy equipment.
- I played the trombone in my high school marching band.
- My basketball team won the state tournament my Junior year and I was the MVP guard of the tournament!
- I did a paint party with Alfred Williams (Denver Bronco Superbowl Champ)!

Fun Facts:
- I love coffee and animals. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat!
- I'm a first generation American. My mom was born in Germany and I am learning to speak German.
- I'm a Colorado native.

- I've been with my partner for 5 years and we've known each other for 13 years!
- I have a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art from Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio.
- I will take a watermelon rebel from Dutch Bros over Starbucks any day.
- I've lived in Oregon, California, Arizona, Colorado, and Ohio and I've visited (roughly) 23 states.
- I've met almost all of the Denver Nuggets players!
- I'm a HUGE Denver Broncos fan!
- I swam with whale sharks in Cozumel!
- At the top of my bucket list is to go sky diving!
