Whether you moved across the country or just across town, let us be the first to welcome you to your new home! With more than 50 clubs and groups, a variety of fitness and wellness classes, educational opportunities and social gatherings - we know you're going to love it!

New Homeowner Packet
We know what you're thinking.....more paperwork! But this paperwork is your all-access pass to all the FUN in your new community!
- Print the signature pages and bring to the Clubhouse. Printer still in a box? No worries - printed forms are available at the Front Desk!
- DO NOT SIGN - an Association staff member will need to witness you signing the documents.
- All Residents need to be present to complete the New Homeowner paperwork.
- Bring your Special Warranty Deed (the first page of your closing documents) and drivers license for all residents living in the home.
Access Fob
After completing your new homeowner paperwork, you will receive your Access Fob. Residents will receive one Access Fob, up to two per household, at no expense.
- Residents must use their Access Fob to check in at the Front Desk when using the resident side of the Clubhouse.
- Residents must accompany guests at all times, therefore Residents must not provide their Access Fob to any non-resident.
- Additional Access Fobs may be purchased at the Front Desk for $10.00 each.
Gate Code and Transmitter
The entrance gates are managed by the Metro District. Their management company, Advance HOA, manages gate codes and gate transmitters. Contact Advance HOA at 303-482-2213 to register your 4-digit gate code and to purchase an optional gate transmitter.
Website Login and Database
Once your New Homeowner paperwork is processed, you will receive an email with your login credentials to access the Member-only sections of this website. You will also be added to the database to receive weekly e-Blasts highlighting fun events and community news. If you no NOT receive your email within 3-5 business days of completing your paperwork, check your junk or spam folder. If you don't find it Contact Us!
Community Ambassador Program
Do you know the difference between the Master Association and the Metro District? Why are we on Thornton sewer but not Thornton water? What is Co-tenancy and how does it affect Clubhouse operations?
A new community means lots of questions! But don't worry, you're in good hands! HTC has resident volunteers called Community Ambassadors who can answer all your questions and help you get settled in your new community!
