We have decided that our regular meeting will be the first Thursday of every month from 9:00am-10:00am in the Conference Room. We will have Wi-Fi access, plus a screen to project onto if anyone has anything they learned/discovered and would like to share. We also have the third Thursday of the month available from 9:00am-10:00am in the Conference Room for anyone who would like to get together between our regularly scheduled meetings.

This morning workout includes moves that your back physical therapist uses, balance, stretching, cross-brain training and breathing seamlessly included in an hour-long (or 45-minute short version) DVD that you should try. We are fortunate to have secured the Makhaira group to present a seminar geared to anyone that would like to increase their safety by improving daily awareness and learning practical steps in personal protection. An informative and enlightening two hours which will change the way you conduct your daily life and give you tools to keep you and your loved ones safe.
The Makhaira Group is a leading Rocky Mountain public safety education and training company dedicated to providing solid solutions rooted in current, real-world experience. Though founded and led by a veteran Navy SEAL, this is neither a physical self-defense nor a firearms course. It is presented as a public service and is very popular with corporations, civic organizations, and church groups. Topics covered will include: mental awareness, home and identity safety, traveling, physical confrontations, plus there will be ample time for questions and answers. (Some residents may remember the local “solicitors” issue).
When we presented this seminar 2 years ago, it was “standing room only” and we have been asked to bring it back. So, this time, we will use the ballroom to accommodate all whom wish to attend.

This morning workout includes moves that your back physical therapist uses, balance, stretching, cross-brain training and breathing seamlessly included in an hour-long (or 45-minute short version) DVD that you should try. HTC Garden Club

The HTC Garden Club is a group of residents who meet once a month to do various garden-related activities.
