To-Go Veterans Day Dinner
Wednesday, November 11th  |  3:30pm-6:30pm  |  Must RSVP to participate
Veterans Day is fast approaching and we would like to offer a ‘thank you’ to all of our community Veterans and their families for their service. Due to the current pandemic, things will look a little different this year as we host a Dinner To-Go instead of a meet-up event at the Clubhouse! We ask that all Veterans contact the Front Desk to RSVP their choice of meal, preferred meal time and if they would like to pick-up their meal from the Golf pick-up window or have it delivered to their home. The meal choices include: Penne Pasta with Italian Sausage, peppers and onions tossed in a rose sauce served with garlic toast ($13.50) or French Onion Chicken served with mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans($14.50). Meals are free for Veterans and spouses may also participate but must purchase their meal (prices indicated above). Spouses may pay for their meal by phone or in-person on the day of the event. Thank you all for your service and sacrifice and it is our honor to be able to serve you in return!

 

Attention residents! We are also looking for volunteers to help deliver these meals for those not wanting to pick them up in person. We need volunteers from 3:30pm-6:30pm. If you are interested, please contact the Front Desk to sign up!

Trying to find ways to keep your grandkids occupied? HTC Lifestyle and Zingers would you like to enjoy a night with your grandkids. HTC Lifestyle is preparing to-go Craft and Snack Kits! The first 30 people to sign up can elect to pick it up in person or request a porch drop off the day of. Zingers will also be providing a kid's special menu for the evening. At 6:00pm that same day, HTC Lifestyle is providing a virtual illusionist and ventriloquist show that is family-friendly and guaranteed to entertain all! So call your grandkids and tell them to save November 13th for a family fun night. This kit will feature fall and winter-themed craft projects easy enough for all ages! Each kit will also come with some snacks as well! Kits are limited so RSVP to the Front Desk today with how many grandkids will be participating.

Join HTC Lifestyle as we partner with two great acts to bring you a one of a kind show! This show is family-friendly and fun for everyone! Now, to introduce the performers! Anthony the Magic will bring tricks and illusions right to your living room! Anthony is based out of California and has a rotating residency among several Southern California hotels and casinos. Also featured is ventriloquist Kevin Johnson! Kevin started ventriloquism at just 9 years old. Since then, he has been on America's Got Talent, The Late Show with David Letterman, and had a 9 year run at Legoland California!

Virtual Music Bingo—Rock Music

Join us as we partner with Vegas Pub Quiz for Rock Music Bingo! Here’s how it works: those wanting to participate must RSVP to the Front Desk, cut off for RSVPs is the Tuesday before at 5:00pm. When you RSVP, we will need the following information: Your name, phone number, email address (if you do not want to pick them up in person) and how many people in your home are going to play (each participant will get one card.) Cards will need to be picked up at the Front Desk and we will call participants to let them know when they are ready for pick-up. You can also elect to have them emailed and print them at home. For those having their cards emailed, they will be sent on the day of the event by 4:00pm. At 6:00pm, we will begin the Bingo via Zoom! A list of winners will be given to Heather to distribute the prizes and we will contact winners when prizes are ready for pick-up (within 2 weeks of event).

 

We are once again hosting our annual Holiday Craft Bazaar at the Clubhouse! This is a great opportunity to finish off your Christmas shopping while supporting your fellow residents! Those who are looking to shop - save the date now and come shop at the Craft Bazaar in November! Due to current guidelines and for the safety of all attending, masks must be worn at all times and shoppers will be provided gloves that are required while browsing. As a precautionary measure, temperatures will be taken before entering the fair for both vendors and attendees. The fair will take place in co-tenancy areas only. Zingers Restaurant in the Clubhouse will be hosting a brunch during the event. Stay tuned for more details in the next few weeks!

 

Join us as we partner with Vegas Pub Quiz for General Knowledge Trivia!  Here’s how it works: Virtual Pub Quiz is just like Jeopardy!  The Host will ask questions out loud and your team will try to figure out the correct answer!  Prizes for 1st Place, 2nd Place, 2nd to last place & Best Team Name! Before the start of each round, the Host will put a link in the chat area of the screen, that link will lead you to the answer sheet for the round.  Each round will have a new answer sheet link. Winners will be notified via your Lifestyle Director how to claim your prize after the event. Full event rules can be found via our weekly E-blast or our website calendar.
