Flex Yoga
Location: Aerobics Room
Time: 5:45pm to 6:30pm

  • Flex Yoga is yoga mixed with light hand weights, cardio and core!
  • Class is 45 minutes. Please arrive at 5:30 pm to set up your mat. Class will start promptly at 5:45 pm.
  • Cost is $12 per person payable to the instructor at the class by cash/check/venmo.
