Celebrating the 4th of July HTC style!
We invite you to join us for a full day of fun celebrating Independence Day! This event is free to attend and is open to residents and their guests. To help us with planning, please click the link at the bottom of the page to RSVP if you plan to attend!
- 10:00 am GOLF CART PARADE: Deck out your golf cart in red, white and blue and join us for a parade through the community! Line up at 9:00 am in the Clubhouse parking lot. NOTE: With the growth of the community the parade will not be able to visit every street. We will share the parade route once it is available. The parade will take about an hour and fifteen minutes.
- 11:00 am CAR SHOW: The HTC Car Club will be showing off their hot rods in the parking lot from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
- 11:00 am LUNCH ON THE PATIO: The restaurant will have the grill on the back patio serving up grab and go lunch from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm! Hot dogs or Brats with chips for $8 or Burgers with chips for $12.
- 1:00 pm CROONERS CONCERT: The HTC Crooners will treat us to a patriotic concert in the Ballroom from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm!
- 2:00 pm SWIMMING AND GAMES: Following the Crooners Concert enjoy an afternoon of swimming or lounging by the pool and games/fun in the Clubhouse (or maybe head home to sneak in a quick nap before the concert!). We will have complimentary Caricature Art from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and the 360 Photo Booth from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm!
- 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm BACKYARD BBQ BUFFET: You can't celebrate the 4th of July without a good ole fashioned BBQ! The restaurant will have a Backyard BBQ Buffet on the patio. The cost is $33 per person (see menu below). Tickets can be purchased ONLINE or at the Front Desk. Deadline to purchase tickets is Sunday, June 25. Hang on to your receipt - this will be your buffet ticket. The restaurant will not take reservations. The patio will open at 4:00 pm and will be first come first serve. Additional seating for dining will be available in the Clubhouse. The restaurant will also be open regular business hours from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- 5:00 pm THE LONG RUN: We will wrap up the fun with live music on the patio featuring "The Long Run - Colorado's Tribute to the Eagles" from 5:00 to 8:00 pm!
Backyard BBQ Buffet - $33 per person includes:
- Mixed Green Salad with Balsamic or Ranch Dressing
- Grilled BBQ Cowboy Chicken Breasts topped with Onion Straws and Cheddar Cheese
- BBQ Pulled Pork
- House Made Coleslaw
- House Made Potato Salad
- Corn Bread
- Peach Cobbler
- Price includes tax and gratuity.
