CANCER AWARENESS
FUNDRAISER EVENT

All donations will go to the
American Cancer Society
of Colorado (80602)

 

Saturday, October 23, 2021
8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Location will be at the HTC Clubhouse.

 

You are requested to wear the colors of the cancer
that means something to you. You can find the color chart
at https://www.choosehope.com/shop-by-cancer-color/ 

EVENTS WILL INCLUDE:

WALK/RUN /CYCLE
This is a three mile or less course that has been mapped
out in HTC.  You will depart from the parking lot at
9:00 am and return when you have finished.

GOLF CART PARADE
Decorate with your message/color for cancer awareness.

Line up begins at 8:30 am.

DOGGY “CANCER COLORS” FASHION PARADE
This will begin in the gazebo area to the left of the
clubhouse. Prior to the parade, a digital photo
will be taken along with treats for your dog.
10:30 to 11:00 am.

 

ASK ME
Cancer is a complex group of diseases with many possible causes.

Come meet HTC cancer survivors or American Cancer Society staff anytime from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

 

DONATIONS
$20 minimum/adults and
$10/children 6-12 years old.
You will receive a lavender wrist band
during registration 8:00 am to 9:00 am.

 

EARLY REGISTRATION
Members only can register and donate
money beginning September 27 on our website,  https://www.htcwomensclub.org/. Credit cards only.

We will also accept registration and donations
in the clubhouse lobby on October 6, from
5:00 to 7:00 pm. Cash or check only. Make
checks payable to the HTC Women’s Club.

You can also register/donate the day of the event,
October 23, from 8:00 to 9:00 am. This will be cash or
check only. Checks payable to the HTC Women’s Club.

This event will be for everyone in our community
including friends and children/grandchildren.
