Estate planning can be a complicated subject.  Providing clarity and knowledge, on Wednesday, June 28 at 6:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse, Lynn Bird, estate planning attorney and Anthem Ranch resident, will give a presentation covering a variety of estate planning topics, including: 
Wills and trusts, General powers of attorney, Medical powers of attorney, Living wills, Medical directives, 
Beneficiary designations for life insurance and retirement accounts, Probate, estate, and inheritance tax laws
Participants are encouraged to ask questions during and after the presentation. There will be a wine giveaway.
