Summer Kick-Off Event - Art and Car Shows, Pool Opening Party, and Ice Cream Social!
Friday, May 28th  |  Art Show from 3:00pm-7:00pm  |  Car Show from 4:00pm-6:00pm  |  Ice Cream Social from 4:00pm-6:00pm  |  Pool Opening Party with Live Music from Mango Salsa from 5:00pm-8:00pm
Come join us as we kick summer off right! Just a friendly reminder that at this time, all of our events are currently open to residents only, no guests or grandchildren are permitted. We will make an announcement to the community once this changes.

Event line-up:
•    Starting off at 3:00pm will be our Spring Art Show! There will be beautiful artwork created by our own resident artists. The community groups showing their artwork will include but are not limited to the following art media: acrylic, pastel, watercolor, pottery, photography, and more. Please don’t miss the opportunity to see our talented artists! This portion of the event will take place in the Ballroom and extend into the lobby and hallways as needed. 
•    At 4:00pm, our Car Show will begin! All Car Club members and non-members are welcome to participate,  but you must be an HTC resident. We will welcome all cars, trucks, and motorcycles to come to the special blocked-off section of the Clubhouse parking lot. Please have your vehicle there before 4:00pm so we can properly line up all the participants.
•    Also at 4:00pm, we will begin handing out the ice cream for the ice cream social. HTC staff will be set up in the lobby ready to serve up some delicious treats! Please RSVP to the Front Desk with how many are in your party (remember, residents only) so that we can have an accurate idea for purchasing ice cream. Ice cream will be individually packaged for health and safety purposes.
•    Mango Salsa will hit the patio with live music from 5:00pm-8:00pm. Those wishing to eat may reserve a patio table through the restaurant. If you are not planning on eating, there will be some first-come, first-serve tables down on the lower level of the patio and open seating in the grass. Please note that chairs are not provided in the grass area so residents are asked to bring their own chairs/blankets for seating.
•    Lastly, the HTC Women’s Club will be set up with a table for their annual membership drive from 3:00pm-6:00pm.  You can find them in the lobby.
