Nominations due by December 15th Enjoy decorating for the holidays? Ready for some neighborly competition? Enter your home to compete in the HTC Holiday Lighting Competition. There is no fee to register - simply decorate the exterior of your home and yard in a festive holiday fashion. Neighbors take note of those showing off and submit them as a contestant! Prizes will be given out for first and second place! Submissions must be in by December 15th to be eligible.
