Meet the Candidates & Budget Open Forum
 
Join us for a combined Meet the Candidates Night and Budget Open Forum ahead of the upcoming Board, Budget, and Bylaws election. This is an informal, come-and-go event with no formal presentations. Residents are invited to stop by at any time to:
 
  • Meet the candidates running for the Master HOA Board and ask questions.
  • Learn more about the proposed 2027 Budget and ask questions before voting.
The election opens October 8, and homeowners will have the opportunity to vote in the Board and Bylaws elections and to Veto or Not Veto the proposed 2027 Budget. Visit the 2026 Elections page for all election information.
