Join representatives from the City of Thornton Police and Fire Departments for an informative community conversation focused on public safety. Topics will include police and fire services in our growing area, traffic and crime prevention, emergency and medical response, and practical steps residents can take to help keep themselves and our community safe. The meeting will include an open question-and-answer discussion with residents.

 

• Overall staffing for the growing development around Heritage Todd Creek.
• Traffic enforcement for the present development conditions and the projected demand for the near future, officers and equipment.
• Anticipated demand for crime prevention services.
• What can Heritage Todd Creek residents do to better provide for our safety in and out of vehicles? 

• Describe how the placement of the fire stations are meant to provide a net of interactive coverage for emergency response and does this net include Brighton Fire.
• Will additional EMS equipment and personnel be available at station 7 & 8?
• What new equipment and techniques are available today that will help our community of seniors?
• What can we do to assist with our fire safety?
• What can we do to assist with our medical safety?
