She has worked for over a decade with this focus, including home care, home health and home modifications. Cassie loves connecting people to resources and helping clinical teams create a safe discharge home for their patients.

Cassie will discuss tools, equipment and tricks to keep a home from feeling like an obstacle course and returning it to a comfortable and safe haven.
