Please bring your insurance or prescription card. There is no co-pay or fee to attend the clinic. The Flu vaccine is available at no cost with most insurances      
 
The CDC has recently updated its guidance regarding the 2025–2026 COVID-19 vaccines. For the next few months, there is a specific emphasis on providing an additional updated dose for adults aged 65 and older, as well as those with certain high-risk conditions. If you attended the last vaccine clinic in October, this is optimal timing for your COVID-19 booster.

Flu - Flublok (for 18+) and High Dose Influenza Vaccine (for 65+)
TDaP (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis booster vaccine) - Adacel/Boostrix

Pneumonia - Pneumococal
Shingles - Shingrix RSV - Arexvy

PRICING 
Please bring your insurance or prescription card. The provider will bill your insurance. The provider, King Soopers, accepts check or credit card if you do not have insurance.
