Please bring your insurance or prescription card. There is no co-pay or fee to attend the clinic. The Flu vaccine is available at no cost with most insurances.

The CDC has recently updated its guidance regarding the 2025–2026 COVID-19 vaccines. For the next few months, there is a specific emphasis on providing an additional updated dose for adults aged 65 and older, as well as those with certain high-risk conditions. If you attended the last vaccine clinic in October, this is optimal timing for your COVID-19 booster.  

 

The Clinic will provide the following vaccines:  

• COVID-19
• Flu - Flublok (for 18+) and High Dose Influenza Vaccine (for 65+)
• TDaP (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis booster vaccine) - Adacel/Boostrix
• Hepatitis B - Heplisav B
• Pneumonia - Pneumococal
• Shingles - Shingrix RSV - Arexvy

Please bring your insurance or prescription card. The provider will bill your insurance. The provider, King Soopers, accepts check or credit card if you do not have insurance. We have partnered with King Soopers to offer a discounted rate for out-of-pocket vaccinations:
