Providing clarity and knowledge, on Thursday, March 18 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lodge, Lynn Bird, estate planning attorney and Anthem Ranch resident, will give a presentation covering a variety of estate planning topics, including:
Wills and trusts
General powers of attorney
Medical powers of attorney
Living wills
Medical directives
Beneficiary designations for life insurance and retirement accounts
Probate, estate, and inheritance tax laws
