| Description: | Providing care for someone living with dementia is a challenging journey. The goal of this group is to provide a place where you can find support and encouragement from other caregivers in HTC and share helpful information and resources. Please join us the first Thursday of every month from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm in the Clubhouse Conference Room.
