What is a TGIF, anyway?
Kick off your weekend with good music, great company, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere at our TGIF Social Series! These open-to-all residents gatherings are all about bringing neighbors together to unwind, connect, and enjoy entertainment in a fun, casual setting. Whether you come for the music, the mingling, or just to enjoy a Friday night out close to home, TGIF is your place to relax, laugh, and build community. No pressure—just come as you are and enjoy the good vibes.

Get your Kentucky Derby hats out and join us for an exciting Kentucky Derby–themed TGIF filled with friendly competition, great music, and plenty of fun!
Our featured activity of the evening will be an interactive Horse Racing Game, where guests can step up to the table and cheer on their horses as the race unfolds. Players will receive game chips to participate, earn winnings throughout the races, and enter their prize tickets for a chance to win one of several themed prize baskets at the end of the evening. No experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and racing spirit!
In addition to the races, we’ll have a few fun games available to play like giant Yahtzee and giant Kerplunk!, giving everyone plenty of ways to join in the action throughout the evening.
We will have music streaming so bring your requests and get ready to dance the night away!
