Description:	TGIF! What is a TGIF?? It’s your Friday night hangout—good music, a cash bar, and great company in a fun, laid-back atmosphere. These open-to-all resident socials are all about unwinding, mingling, and kicking off the weekend together. Expect music (streamed or DJ), time to catch up with friends and meet new neighbors, plus a rotating “something extra” like games, trivia, or themed fun. Come as you are and enjoy the good vibes! March TGIF: Sip, Sing & Create! Join us for our flagship event! Your Friday night “watering hole” right here in the community! Come unwind, socialize, and kick off the weekend with great music, a lively atmosphere, and plenty of fun. We’ll have streaming music playing all night, perfect for singing along, dancing, or just enjoying the vibes with friends and neighbors. A cash bar will be available, and we’ll also feature a sponsor table offering an optional craft activity where you can design and decorate your own fun wine glass, beer glass, or coffee cup to take home. Whether you’re coming to dance, craft, or simply hang out and catch up, TGIF is the perfect way to start your weekend!
