CASA, Court-Appointed Special Advocates, is a volunteer-based, national 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. CASA of Adams and Broomfield Counties recruits and trains community volunteers, CASAs to represent the best interests of child victims of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse and neglect that are currently in the judicial system. Currently, there are 1,600 children in the welfare system in Adams and Broomfield Counties. Because of amazing volunteers like YOU, we are able to serve 500 of these children. However, there are 1,100 children in Adams and Broomfield Counties without a CASA Volunteer to be their voice and speak up for them in court. Join us for a presentation at the Clubhouse on Tuesday, November 19th from 6:30-7:30 PM to hear how you can get involved! Please RSVP to the front desk.
