Denver Health Gift Wrap

HTC has been advised that Denver Health is in need of our help again this year with wrapping presents for delivery to the underprivileged children serviced by their nine outreach clinics. We know this is a busy time of year for everyone, but we are hoping that we can find enough people to share their time to make this holiday project happen for this worthwhile event! We have only one and a half days to accomplish this huge task. We have shifts set up on Saturday, November 16th from 8:00am-12:00pm, 12:00pm-4:00pm, and 4:00pm-6:00 pm. If for some reason we do not get all the gifts wrapped on Saturday, we also have a tentative shift on Sunday, November 17th beginning at 9:00 am - 12 pm. We will need to have everything cleaned up and be totally done and out of the Clubhouse by 3:00pm. Men and women are both welcome to participate. We need some muscle to help move boxes around! We will be serving refreshments and snacks throughout the day. You can sign up for shifts at the Front Desk of the Clubhouse. We have three rooms reserved on the owners' side of the building. We will try to have everything set up and ready to go by 8:00 am Saturday morning. If you can't stay for a full shift, please drop by and stay as long as you can! We need your help! Please bring extra scissors and tape dispensers (if you have them) clearly marked with your name!
