Experience the healing powers of sound through vibration, connection and community! A meditative experience Sound waves produced by instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes and the human voice
 

• Arrive 15 minutes early as class will start on time
• Bring your own yoga mats, bolsters, pillows and blankets if needed
• Class is limited to 13
• Cost is $30 per class for residents, and $40 for resident guests

CANCELATION POLICY 
We understand life happens, but we are unable to offer refunds or credits for all paid events. There is a lot of behind-the-scenes planning and pre-purchasing that goes into preparing for events. If you are unable to attend an event you purchased a ticket for, we recommend selling or gifting your ticket to a neighbor. Please contact the front desk to let us know so we can update our records.
