Debra Negrin from S.E.L.F. Integrative Health is going to be hosting a Healthy Kitchen Challenge in the month of June! This is a 4 week long challenge with weekly meeting to help guide you to having a healthier kitchen and make more informed decisions when it comes to food!  June 3rd will kick off with an introduction and scheduling of 30-minute in-home consultations to review the “hot spots” in your kitchen and offer suggestions for healthy swaps. June 10th, the meeting will be about meal planning to help dial in your nutrition. June 17th will involve a trip to the supermarket to learn about how marketing can sway you away from your shopping list. In the final meeting on June 24th, it will be a celebration with a meal to get a taste of the healthy food you can prepare at home.  To join, RSVP at the Front Desk today!  $20 is to be paid to Debra on meeting, cash preferred.  Any questions can be emailed to Debra at debra.selfintegrativehealth@gmail.com
