About the Instructor
Class is offered by Nicole with Rogue Kale
From brewing to gardening to cooking, I have been a professional microbe facilitator for a decade. My career in fermentation has been driven by the mystique of yeast and bacteria and the symbiotic relationship humans have cultivated with them throughout history. As an educator at heart, my mission is to save the world with fermentation, by empowering others to cultivate their own relationship with these microbes through increased understanding and experimentation. I truly believe embracing fermentation can lead to harmony of mind, body and soul. Let's get nerdy together!
