HTC’s First-Ever Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp!
Join Personal Trainer, Jarrod Holt for a summer boot camp! Kick-start your mornings outside with full-body workouts tailored to your fitness level, accompanied by rejuvenating stretching. All you need to bring is your exercise mat; Jarrod has got the rest covered!

Who is this boot camp for? 
Any resident of any fitness level looking to improve their fitness, get outside, and have fun in a social setting!
What if I feel like I’m out of shape? 
-All the more reason to join the bootcamp, Jarrod has experience in working with all ability levels and provides multiple modifications to every workout so everyone can 
Do I need to bring any equipment? 
-All you need to bring is an exercise mat, Jarrod will provide resistance bands and other necessary equipment.
What if I already exercise regularly? 
-Jarrod provides modifications to every exercise to make it as challenging as needed
-Each workout will include new exercises and can teach you new movements to incorporate into your current routine. 
What is special about this “boot camp”
-Outdoors, no better way to start your day by exercising and getting outside
-Full Body Workouts conducive to all ability levels
-Stretching incorporated as a portion of each workout (everyone needs it!!)
-Minimal equipment needed (exercise bands, and a mat)
What if it’s raining or bad weather?
-We will move the workout to indoors into the aerobics room
