Meditative Sound Bath
Location: Aerobics Room
Time: 6pm to 7pm

UPDATE: Sound Bath is the 4th Tuesday of the month, but the instructor is traveling in January so January's class will be on Wednesday, January 31.
 
Experience the healing powers of sound through vibration, connection and community!
 
  • A meditative experience
  • Sound waves produced by instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes and the human voice
  • Arrive 15 minutes early as class will start on time
  • Bring your own yoga mats, bolsters, pillows and blankets if needed
  • Class is limited to 15
  • $20 per class
