Vaccine Clinic

UPDATED 9/19/23: We received notice from our clinic provider that due to COVID-19 vaccine availability, the COVID-19 vaccine will NOT BE AVAILABLE at the clinic on October 3. A follow-up COVID-19 clinic has been scheduled on November 2. A separate registration will be required for that clinic. We will share the link once it is available.

Please bring your insurance or prescription card.
  • There is no co-pay or fee to attend the clinic
  • The Flu vaccine is available at no cost with most insurances
  • Deadline to register is Monday, October 2
 
VACCINE INFORMATION
The Clinic will provide the following vaccines:
 
  • Flu - Flublok and Fluzone Quad
  • 65+ Flu - Fluzone HD 
  • Tetanus - Boostrix
  • Hepatitis B - Heplisav B (2-dose shot; 2nd dose required 1 month later)
  • Pneumonia - Prevnar 20
  • Shingles - Shingrix (2-dose shot; 2nd dose required 2-6 months later)
  • RSV - Arexvy
 
PRICING 
Please bring your insurance or prescription card. The provider will bill your insurance. If you do not have insurance, the provider accepts check or credit card. We have partnered with the provider to offer a discounted rate for vaccinations.
