Meditative Sound Bath
Location: Aerobics Room
Time: 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Description:
**UPDATE** The instructor has requested that July's class be rescheduled from the regular 2nd Thursday to July 20 due to a schedule conflict.
 
Experience the healing powers of sound through vibration, connection and community!
  • A meditative experience.
  • Sound waves produced by instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes and the human voice.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early as class will start on time.
  • Bring your own yoga mats, bolsters, pillows and blankets if needed
  • Class is limited to 15.
