Meditative Sound Bath

Time: 5:30pm to 6:30pm

UPDATE: The instructor has a conflict on the regular 2nd Thursday night so the June class has been moved to June 22.
 
   
 
 
Experience the healing powers of sound through vibration, connection and community!
 
  • A meditative experience.
  • Sound waves produced by instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes and the human voice.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early as class will start on time.
  • Bring your own yoga mats, bolsters, pillows and blankets if needed
  • Class is limited to 15.
