Would you like to workout, but don't want to do it alone? Would you like to keep doing the things you love and improve your quality of life? Join the Functional Fitness Class!
This class consists of functional strength which includes exercises to mimic activities of daily life, balance and coordination exercises to keep you agile, and mobility work to help your body move properly. With the goal of enhancing your body and mind.
