Beginners Group Fitness with Jarrod Holt
Location: Aerobics
Time: 11:15am to 12pm
Description:
Meets weekly on Thursdays
 
Led by Personal Trainer, Jarrod Holt this class is designed for individuals looking to improve balance, posture, strength and mobility. This is perfect for those looking to take a cautious approach or easing into exercise.
  • No going on the floor.
  • Majority of exercises done in chair.
  • Alternative options provided for each exercise dependent upon individual need

Class meets in the Aerobics room except for the following exceptions:
April 3 - no class
April 10, 17 & 24 - Blue Sage
May 1 - Larkspur
May 8 - Blue Sage
May 15 - Larkspur
May 22, 29 - Blue Sage
October - No classes
November 6, 13, 20 - Larkspur
No class on Thanksgiving or Christmas
