This morning workout includes moves that your back physical therapist uses, balance, stretching, cross-brain training and breathing seamlessly included in an hour-long (or 45-minute short version) DVD. It is drop-in attendance to give your week a start, and it is FREE!

Have you taken Scanning Printed Pictures but wish you had extra time, support, and encouragement to make real progress with your printed picture collection?  Join this month’s Photo Scanning Club, where you’ll have a dedicated time to scan and organize your photos with guidance, tips, and tech support—all in a friendly space with friends and neighbors!  

 

Each month, participants will receive accountability, support, and guidance as they work through scanning and organizing their printed picture collection. We’ll cover tips for organizing your digital copies, adding details like names and dates, editing, and sharing your newly scanned photos. You’ll also get tech support for any updates in your photo app, all while enjoying a fun, social space to ask questions and make real progress.   

• 4th Monday of every month from 11:00 am -12:30 pm
• Prerequisite: Must have already taken the Scanning Printed Pictures class, which will also be offered monthly if you’d like to join!
• Cost is $20
• Registration is required, but there’s no long-term commitment—come join us in the months that work for you!

Join us for a hands-on beginner class where you'll learn how to create stunning dotted artwork using simple tools and easy techniques. Join us for Food Truck Night every Monday from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the Parking Lot! We feature a different truck each week serving up their signature dishes for you to enjoy. From pizza to BBQ to ethnic cuisine, there's always something new and delicious to try!
