Food Truck Mondays
Monday, April 22nd, 2024, All Day Event at Parking Lot
It's Monday so that means Food Truck Mondays! Join us for Food Truck Night every Monday from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the Parking Lot! We feature a different truck each week serving up their signature dishes for you to enjoy. From pizza to BBQ to chicken and waffles, there's always something new and delicious to try!
You can view the weekly Food Truck Schedule on the website under the Lifestyle menu. Note: We have amazing food truck partners but sometimes life happens and they cancel with short notice. We do our best to communicate updates as we receive them. Follow us on Facebook for updates!

Functional Fitness with Jarrod Holt

Would you like to workout, but don't want to do it alone? Would you like to keep doing the things you love and improve your quality of life? Join the Functional Fitness Class!
This class consists of functional strength which includes exercises to mimic activities of daily life, balance and coordination exercises to keep you agile, and mobility work to help your body move properly. With the goal of enhancing your body and mind.

Restorative Yoga
Monday, April 22nd, 2024, 10am to 11am at Aerobics Room
Meets weekly on Monday.
This morning workout includes moves that your back physical therapist uses, balance, stretching, cross-brain training and breathing seamlessly included in an hour-long (or 45-minute short version) DVD. It is drop-in attendance to give your week a start, and it is FREE! All are welcome, so if you aren’t a regular you might give it a try.

Stronger Together

Stronger Together is a group designed for women to focus on topics pertaining to their overall health. All aspects of health are covered; mental, physical, social, and spiritual. Topics will help women better understand their present day needs and what might be getting in the way of reaching their life goals. Come join us to see what this group is all about!
