Beginners Group Fitness with Jarrod Holt

Meets weekly on Thursdays
 
Led by Personal Trainer, Jarrod Holt this class is designed for individuals looking to improve balance, posture, strength and mobility. This is perfect for those looking to take a cautious approach or easing into exercise.
  • No going on the floor.
  • Majority of exercises done in chair.
  • Alternative options provided for each exercise dependent upon individual need

Billiards Club Drop-In Open Play

The Billiards Club has reserved the Billiards Room for drop-in open play on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. All residents are welcome to play during this time.

Art Walk
Thursday, March 13th, 2025, 4pm to 6pm at Clubhouse
Join us for an Art Walk the 2nd Thursday of each quarter from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm!
 
The HTC artists change up the art in the Clubhouse every month so there is always something new to look at!  2025 dates are March 13, June 12, September 11 and December 11.  
 
“ROCKIN’ INTO SPRING”
Hopefully it’s almost the end of winter and time for outdoor activities like hiking and biking, more sunshine and longer days.
Celebrate the season with an array of great art in the clubhouse gallery spaces, plus:
 
  • ROCK ART will be showcased in the Craft room along with demonstrations of different ways to use rocks artistically.
  • Laurie Kovall’s Rock & Roll piano music will fill the lobby with great sounds. She’s ready for your requests! Sing along with your favorites.
  • bARTgain artwork will be for sale in the Blue Sage room. Nothing over $100 and most much less!
  • A beautiful rock art piece by Jennifer Petty will be offered for the free drawing.
  • And of course, a lobby cash bar
  • Appetizers sponsored by local designer, Jillian Rowe, who specializes in flooring but offers full design services.
  • No RSVP necessary
 
NOTE: The Art Walk looks different each quarter. Some months we feature live music, some months we have a cash bar in the Lobby, some months feature art projects and activities - we are always changing it up to keep it fresh! Watch your e-Blast for updates!

Strength and Performance for Golfers with Jarrod Holt

Tuesdays from 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm   Attention All Golfers! Are you looking to step up your game, prevent injuries, and continue playing the game you love? Look no further! This specialized workout consists of multiple different factors. Starting with a full body golf-specific warm-up that consists of targeting major muscle groups. Then moving on to golf-specific exercises to enhance each phase of your stroke. Lastly, we will finish with mobility work to keep your body moving well, and playing injury free. Now is a great time to get started as we transition into fall and winter.
