Proper management is critical to staying healthy for individuals diagnosed with diabetes. Our Diabetes Self-Empowerment classes provide eight hours of support for developing skills to keep blood sugars in the target range and promote long-term health.

Each class has a new topic, participants can attend any or all of them. These are the topics for each week:
October 7: Explore what diabetes is
October 14: How to better monitor and understand blood glucose results
October 21: The relationship between food and diabetes

Budget Q&A Open Forum

The Board, Budget, and CC&R election opens on October 22. Homeowners will vote to Veto or Not Veto the proposed 2026 budget.
Join us for a Budget Q&A Open Forum on October 28. There will not be a formal presentation, this is a come-and-go opportunity for residents to drop in and ask questions about the 2026 budget prior to voting.
Note: The Board unanimously approved the 2026 Master Association budget at the September Board meeting. The revised 2026 budget, which includes full operation of the Clubhouse, is on the agenda for approval at the October 15 Board meeting. Once approved, the final document will be published for homeowner review.
