Players Club - Red Carpet Gala
Friday, January 31st, 2025, 5:30pm to 8:30pm at Ballroom
HTC Players will be hosting their annual Red Carpet Gala on January 31 in the Ballroom!
The event is a celebration of the most memorable songs/dances from all four of their 2024 live shows (A Fairytale Fantasy, Tribute to BIG Broadway, RocknRoll SingAlong and Country SingAlong) and will include numerous performances from those shows, plus bonus first-time performances that are sure to delight the audience.
This is a black-tie event and will feature live entertainment highlighting our best vocal and dance performances from 2024.
NEW: 2 Ticket options:
- For $35, you get a ticket to the party and will be served with passed Hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour and prior to dinner being served. Ticket includes tip and gratuity. Note: There will be no option to order dinner food if you purchase the $35 ticket, as they need to have a final count prior to the event.
- For $90, you get a ticket to the party, the passed Hors d'oeuvres and a 3-course dinner. The dinner consists of a salad, a double entree main course (salmon plus beef medallions, served with greens and fingerling potatoes) and dessert. Ticket includes tip and gratuity. You will receive a dinner meal ticket when you check in if you have purchased the $90 ticket
Event information:
- Doors open at 5:00 pm for drinks and appetizers.
- Dinner at 5:30 pm.
- Show starts at 6:30 pm.
- Tickets are available ONLINE or at the Front Desk
- Seating will be first-come, first-serve, but if you have a party of 10, you can reserve a full table ahead of time by reaching out to Pam Hartmann at 720-989-5680 or via email at scotpambob@aol.com.

We understand life happens, but we are unable to offer refunds or credits for all paid events. There is a lot of behind-the-scenes planning and pre-purchasing that goes into preparing for events. If you are unable to attend an event you purchased a ticket for, we recommend selling or gifting your ticket to a neighbor. Please contact the front desk to let us know so we can update our records.
